I woke up at an odd hour AGAIN… 6 something ish….
I spent the morning reading more and eating more chocolate while doing so. Thus, I finished "Portrait" this morning!
Once I did that, I went out to go buy more chocolates from the factory and to buy new dance shoes.
I asked Nastya if she wanted a break from studying to go with me -- but her family decided to go out of town this weekend! She begged me not to go for the chocolate without her (But I was already at the metro stop for it by that time…) -- and I promised that we would/could go together, often!
I bought my chocolate -- and had a nice chat with the lady behind the counter while doing so. I also asked if the tours for the museum and factory line were available in English… I *think* they are?
Unfortunately, there was a MASSIVE amount of wind on the way back to the Metro -- and the wind wasn't the problem -- it was the crazy amount of dust, dirt, and debris in the air!! … Which tends to get in one's eyes… I was wearing contacts… Ouch.

Shoe Shopping:
That was a bit nerve-wracking -- it's always a great thing to go do, when you don't even know the word for "size!!" *laughing*
I bought Jazz Shoes -- although I'm thinking I'll return them. They're just not quite big enough. And I don't want to hurt my feet. The girl who sold them to me said that they would stretch, but I don't believe they'll stretch *THAT* much. They are just not right for my feet. The ball of one foot needs more room, and the big toes don't have enough room. I think it would be bad news if I were to really dance in them. I need to take good care of my feet.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything with as low of a heel as Vitaly wanted -- but I found something with about an inch heel or so. Honestly, I'm not pleased with what I got anyway -- because they are ugly as SIN!! The heels are the big, blocky ones (like for the little kid shoes) -- decidedly un-sexy to me… =-_-= I suppose what's worse is that there was a pair of shoes with a heel that was just marginally taller -- but it was able to be a thin, sexy-looking heel. I would so much rather have bought that pair of shoes!! They were black, too -- so they'd have blended in well with my tights, etc. …. I suppose I'll just ask Vitaly when next I see him [what he thinks of the shoes]. At the very least, the shoe shop will accept my shoes back, and refund me, if he says no to them.

I went off to the Embassy after that, to see my Marines!!!
Today, I hung out with Tim, Mulzoff, and Cassandra (Not a Marine.). =^___^=
Seeing as how I was fresh from the chocolate factory, I shared some of the candy with them -- which they loved; and I FINALLY got my much-needed hugs that I had been waiting to get ALL week.
*****
Now, here, I'd like to say that Mulzoff is officially one of THE most amazing people I know on the face of the planet. This is, among other reasons, because:
1. He helped me do some standing backflips.
2. He taught me how to do NINJA ROLLS!!!! -- In about 2 min!!!! IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!! The boys were pretty impressed. They said, "Oh, you're like a little ninja!!" Ha ha ha. On the inside, yes, yes I am….
Thus, Mulzoff -- I adore him!

Actually, what I didn't know, was that when I was on my way to see them all at the Embassy, Tim, Cassandra, and Mulzoff had decided to go visit the Kremlin Armory!!! They invited me with them, and off we went!!
*****
I'd like to share the following highlight of the conversation in the car on the way to the Kremlin:
Tim - "I'm a grown-ass man --"
Cassandra, interrupting - "--But you still [would] hide things from your Mom!"
Tim, contenting - "I'm a grown ass man -- but I still fear my Mother's Wrath!!"
Ha ha ha ha!!!!
*****
We didn't take a horrendously long amount of time in the Armory, but we did make our way through all of the halls, and take a little look around everywhere.
I was pleased to help with my Russian skills as I could -- turns out it was pretty handy to have my around. At one point, Mulzoff grabbed me and directed my attention to a little boy standing in front of him.
"I don't know what this kid is saying!!" He said in a rushed whisper to me!
Turns out, the boy just wanted to know what hall we were in (for the audio tour) -- and I answered him easily.

Eventually, I had to run off for dance. It was a shame to say goodbye to everyone, but I needed the practice time...
I got home, threw my stuff together (including homework), and left -- but then the studio was closed (again) because no one was there!! I really need to ask someone about this. I need my weekend practice time… : / Maybe I can come earlier or something… Hmm.

So, I went to the John Donne early… Where I found out that Pete is no longer working there!??!?!?
I chatted online for a few hours -- saved off some sources for the Paper I have to write tomorrow (NOT looking forward to it) -- and then fleshed-out and updated some journals.
I also finally got to talk to Annie and Yitian again! That was so lovely… I miss my Beautiful Girls!!!
The rest of the night was pretty uncomplicated: I c ame home, ate, procrastinated at something or other -- finally did the journals for the last three days… And I still have to write my dance notes… Ack….
But it's also 3:53 AM, and I'm going to be woken up at 7… It's gonna be a fun day. Did I mention, none of my homework is finished? Ha ha ha ha hah…..
Still… Oscar Wilde, Chocolate, and Ninja Rolls… Now THAT is a day! =^____^=
Love,
Moscow Kitty
