I have to say, I'm certainly happy the weekend is over. And Sunday was certainly much better than Saturday -- what with feeling slightly better; having money on my phone again; watching funny shows on TV; having uploaded all of my journals; seeing friends (at the John Donne) again; and making my phone calls home!
Earlier in the evening, I was watching some kind of variety TV Show with Olga and Polina. I was surprised how much I understood in the varying skits! Some of them were pretty funny -- like the one featuring a stuttering waiter, trying to take orders from two guys. It was fantastic! (And I was pleased with myself for guessing some of the words they were all trying to get at. Ha ha ha!)
Speaking of television, the other day when I was watching some cop show on TV, I realized that there was a character who had the same name as one of my teachers! How funny!

I finally got more money on my phone, as I mentioned above, so, I had a bit of a "talk-fest."
*Talked with my Nana
* I'd sent her all my blogs today -- but her ink ran out! She said she'd go get more later so she could print everything out and read it; but, whoops....
*Talked with my Aunt Tacy, but only briefly -- we'll chat more in the coming days.
*Talked with my Aunt Linda -- who got straight to the point!
"I want to hear about your love life" -- it's not that interesting, is it? *laughs sheepishly*
*Talked with my Uncle Ken -
*He mentioned to me that he and my other Aunt Linda were curious about the judicial system -- something I've not gotten to chat about with anyone to any great extent, but I'll be trying to, now!
*Interesting paraphrase: 'You can't compare Democracy and Communism. You have to remember, Communism is a business system - whereas we have a Free-Market Economy; the government was a Dictatorship, in relation to our Democracy.' -- Good point.
I really enjoyed our conversation. =^__^=
*Talked with my Mum and Little Brother
*Mutti reminded me I'd talked with Father Ray, which was wonderful! (Not that I forgot, I just didn't mention it in the blog -- but as I'm talking about all my phone conversations now -- it seemed like a lovely thing to put in! We were sharing Travel stories. =^__^= )
*Talked with my Papa
*Talked with Yitian!!! Hooray!!! (But then my phone card ran out… Whoops… Sorry Beautiful!)
School tomorrow -- hopefully Lilia Leonidovna will be back for Grammar! And hopefully I'll be feeling even better… I don't want to be sick anymore!
Love,
